I emailed you on February 12 regarding the application for exchange program for fall semester 2015, but I'm afraid there might be some trouble in the mail system.
Let me answer to your questions:

1.The number of exchange students: Up to two (교환인원: 2명)

2.The deadline of application: April 24, 2015 (서류마감일: 2015년 4월 24일)

3. Required document for admission are as follows:

1)  Application forms(신청서) 

2) Report of the student's history of Japanese study and the length of time spent in Japan. (if any).(입국기록)

3) Medical Record A/B with doctor’s signature  (NOTE) Either signature by a school doctor or a home doctor is acceptable. (건강진표)            

4) One original copy of Academic Transcript    -  in English   (재학증명서_영문)     

5) One original copy of Certificate of Enrollment    -  in English(성적증명서_영문)

6) One original Recommendation Letter from the Associate Dean.Focusing on applicant’s academic performance -　in English or Japanese (학과장 추천서 1부_ 학생의 학업 성취 위주로)

7) A photocopy of passport (the page with photograph (여권사본)

8)2  ID photos (4cm vertical  x　3 cm horizontal) (여권사진 2매)

9) One original copy of Certificate of Deposit Balance of the applicant’s financial supporter - in English(재정증명서)

4. The date of enrollment for the next coming semester: September 19 (9월 19일/학기시작일)

5. The expected arrival date (including Pick up Service): September 15(9월 15일/도착예정일)
